We have to admit it, our carvery has become a little bit of an institution.

Every Wednesday, and every Sunday our local butcher provides us with delicious joints of british pork and beef, raised in the fields of East Yorkshire.

We slowly cook these joints to perfection, add traditionally roasted potatoes (grown in the fields around the Garden Centre) fresh vegetables and finally add our signature home made gravy.

Perfection…
